Nova Cvernovka

Nová Cvernovka is a cultural and creative centre that was founded in 2016. It is situated in a former school and student dormitory. Now it is home of many creative and art studios, but you can also find a library, bar, club, cafeteria and several shops here. It consists of two interconnected buildings. The one you reside in partly contains offices and studios, but there are also many tenants who live here. We offer 2 residency apartments (25m and 30m) with their own bathroom and a possibility to use kitchen and 1 studio (25m), one of them suited to accommodate parents with small children (1-2). Our residency program is able to operate two residencies at the same time in a two and three months period.
